motivate and energize

are you looking for motivation?

First things first, try to change your mindset if you are lacking motivation to exercise. Consider viewing nutrition and exercise as a key component to self- care and longevity.

Start with setting a simple goal. Expecting reasonable results may be the first step in making the excuses become a lifestyle change.

Schedule time for your workout and get started!

are you lacking energy?

Key components to having energy to exercise include:

  • Proper hydration may promote weight loss, help clear skin, fuel muscles, remove toxins, and reduce fatigue.

  • Proper nutrition may boost your immunity, strengthen your bones, support muscles, and help digestive function.

  • Proper sleep plays an important role in general health, memory processing and formation, as well as critical thinking. It also plays a large role in recovery after exercise. Adequate sleep can reduce hunger cravings.

  • Stress reduction may help control weight, result in better sleep, and decrease muscle tension.

  • 'I am down 56 lbs, 13.3% body fat, and my visceral fat went from 17 to 8. I do two written workouts, two videos, and 1 virtual session with HK Fitness a week (30- 60 minutes). I consume 100 less calories than my BMR (basal metabolic rate). When you understand a healthier way, it becomes so much easier and less stressful.'

  • 'I recently started my second round of the HK nutrition plan and I am down 23 lbs. I have lost body fat and increased my muscle mass. I feel my clothes becoming loose and I feel much lighter during my workouts. I exercise with HK three days a week for 45 minutes.'

  • 'I get up early to workout because it is my only uninterrupted time I have in the day. Working out helps me wake up and feel happy and healthy. If I wake up early to get my workout in, noone else needs me at this time. This includes family, staff, and patients. I have really grown to enjoy my morning sessions."

  • 'I am down 22-25 lbs in 2.5 months. I am a golfer and focus on mobility, flexibility, strength, and most recently NUTRITION."

    - Roger

  • 'I have to say this is the first time I've ever consistently worked out for this long and actually enjoyed it! I love my mornings at HK Fitness!'
