my favorite protein bites…

recipe:

  • 3/4 cup natural nut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs (optional)

Add all ingredients together and mix with a spoon or your hands. This makes 12 bites, around 100 calories each. Refrigerate and enjoy!
