Nutrition does not always have to be about ‘restriction’, rather learning how to fuel your body with nutrient dense foods and eating them in moderation.

Weight lifting can help you lose fat, gain muscle, and aid in all things life (hiking on vacation, playing with your kids, swimming at the lake).
