Achieving your optimal fitness goals and having the energy you desire throughout the day is fueled by proper nutrition. You can not out train a bad diet and seeing the results you want will heavily depend on what you are putting into your body.

Nutrition does not always have to be about ‘restriction’, rather learning how to fuel your body with nutrient dense foods and eating them in moderation.

Do you aspire to become lean, strong, and feel your best? Endless cardio can leave you exhausted and without the results you are looking for. Weight lifting can help you lose fat, gain muscle, and aid in all things life (hiking on vacation, playing with your kids, swimming at the lake). Pursue a training plan that leaves you with the results you desire and energy for all life’s activites.

  • 'I am down 56 lbs, 13.3% body fat, and my visceral fat went from 17 to 8. I do two written workouts, two videos, and 1 virtual session with HK Fitness a week (30- 60 minutes). I consume 100 less calories than my BMR (basal metabolic rate). When you understand a healthier way, it becomes so much easier and less stressful.'
